Terms of service

These terms apply to goodbody AI (goodbody.live) (“we”). They are an agreement between you and goodbody AI. By creating an account, buying points or using the service, you accept them.

The service

goodbody AI helps online sellers create advertising with artificial intelligence: product analysis, ad scripts, ad videos, voiceovers and music, generated from the links, photos and text you provide.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for everything done with your account. One account per person; accounts can't be sold or shared.

Points and payments

• Services are paid with points. The cost of each service is shown before you start it and on the pricing page.
• Points are a prepaid credit for using goodbody AI only. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged. Purchased points are valid for 30 days after your last purchase; each new purchase renews the validity of your whole balance. Expired points are removed and can't be refunded.
• If a generation fails for a technical reason, its points are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. You buy the points directly from goodbody AI; PayPal sends you a receipt by email, and the charge on your statement starts with PAYPAL.
• Point packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Prices are in US dollars.

Acceptable use

• Only upload links, photos and text that you own or have permission to use, and only promote products that are legal to sell where you advertise them.
• Don't create content that is illegal, deceptive (such as fake reviews or false health or income claims), sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW), hateful or violent, or that uses the name, face or voice of a real person without their permission.
• What you create is generated by AI. Don't present it as a real customer review or testimonial, and follow the advertising rules of the platforms and countries where you publish it.
• Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you create. Requests are checked automatically before any image or video is generated, and requests that break it are refused.
• Don't misuse the service: no fraud or spam, no malware, no probing or attacking our systems, no scraping or automated access, no reverse engineering, and no attempts to get around the points system or limits.
• We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for chargebacks or non-payment, or to stop fraud or a security risk. If we close your account when you haven't broken these terms, we refund your unused purchased points.

Your content and the results

You keep the rights to what you upload, and you may use the results generated for you in your own advertising. AI results can be inaccurate or similar to results made for others, so review every result before you publish it. You are responsible for your ads and for following the law and the rules of the platforms where you publish them.

To report content that infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email service@goodbody.live. We review every report and remove content that breaks the rules.

Our service

The goodbody AI service, its software, design and brand belong to us. Using the service doesn't give you any rights to them beyond using it under these terms.

goodbody AI is an independent product. It uses third-party AI models (such as those from Google, Kling, ElevenLabs and OpenAI) and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by their providers.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your ads will reach particular results. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

Closing your account

You can stop using goodbody AI and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). If we stop the service, we will give notice in advance and refund your unused purchased points.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we announce important changes on the site in advance. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
