Acceptable Use Policy

goodbody AI is a tool for creating advertising for legal products. This policy explains what you may not create with it. It is part of our terms of service and applies to everything you upload, write or generate.
Never allowed
- Sexual, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content (NSFW), including nudity, products shown in a sexualized way, and requests for “uncensored” or “unfiltered” results.
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors.
- Deepfakes, face swaps or face manipulation, and content that imitates or impersonates a real person — their face, body, name or voice — without their permission. The only people goodbody AI generates are fictional ones, invented by AI for the «RTX 4090 Serverless» ad — never a real person. It doesn’t use photos of people as a model and doesn’t clone voices.
- Violent, gory, hateful, harassing or discriminatory content, and content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or extremism.
- Ads for illegal or dangerous products and services: drugs, weapons and explosives, counterfeit goods, gambling, or anything else that is illegal where you advertise.
- Deceptive or misleading content: fake reviews or testimonials, false medical, health or income claims, scams, and content made to look like news or an official message.
- Content that infringes someone else's rights: brands, logos, characters, music or photos you don't own or have permission to use.
- Spam, malware, or using the service to attack it, overload it or get around its safety checks and limits.
How we check requests
The AI services we use to generate images, videos and voices apply their own safety filters and can refuse a request that breaks their rules. We may also review content that is reported to us.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create and publish, and for following the law and the advertising rules of the platforms where you publish it (such as TikTok, Meta and Google). AI results can be inaccurate: review every result before you use it.
If this policy is broken
We may refuse requests, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refunding the points used for that content. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

goodbody AI is an independent product. It uses third-party AI models (such as those from Google, Kling, ElevenLabs and OpenAI) and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by their providers.
